Background of the issue:
I am trying to have the shipping classes applied in the secondary language on my site hidden link. I am using WPML and following the WCML documentation.

Symptoms:
Shipping classes assigned in the primary language are not being translated into the secondary language. Instead, the Shipping Class dropdown for WooCommerce products says, "No shipping class." Here is a video showing the issue/challenge: hidden link.

Questions:
How can I get the shipping classes to apply in the secondary language? Thanks so much for your help!

Hello!
Thank you for the video.
The shipping classes are kind of a taxonomy term.
They should be translated, and no - if you remove it, it won't be synced or used in the product as it probably already has a language assigned which differs from the translated product language.

The first things that I recommend - translate the shipping class and re-translate the product. You might have to only update the translation.

Also a good idea is to check for warnings and messages in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status page
