This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client added a new translation language but the site was not displaying in full width like the other languages.
Solution:
We investigated the issue and found that the page structure in the new language was different from the original language. To resolve this, we:
1. Edited the original language page.
2. Made a minor change, such as adding a period.
3. Updated the page.
4. Reverted the minor change.
5. Approved the translation.
After following these steps, the homepage displayed correctly in full width for the new language.
