Background of the issue:
Hello. The site for many years was in Italian language (main language) and English language.
Recently the restyling was done, working on the Italian pages, and following this, I dedicated myself to the new language, German, correctly duplicating the Italian pages that were to appear in the German version.
For the German language version, everything is fine: I duplicate from the Italian page and translate the necessary by manually inserting the texts.
But if I do the same from the Italian page to the English page, the result is incomplete: all media and module customizations are missing, all media are missing.
It happens ONLY by translating from Italian to English. As already written, translating from Italian to German the result is perfect!
To show you, I made an example with a new page 00 TEST ITA (site in staging) hidden link
the process is correct, the German page matches - duplicated all the content - but the English page does not! it is empty 🙁

Both pages were created using the same process, but the English page does not match.
The German version matches, using only the standard procedure for duplicating and translating the page also described with images 1. 2. and 3.
Symptoms:
The English page is 'empty', missing the images and all the customizations that automatically duplicated correctly from Italian to German. But the English version is not correct, yet the path was identical.
Questions:
Is there a solution to the issue where the English page does not duplicate all content from the Italian page?
How to completely delete the entire English language, including all references in the DB?
I understand the issue you're facing. After checking, I noticed that the Italian version of the page redirects to the Italian homepage, while the English version displays the content but without loading the styles. For a clearer view, please refer to this screenshot: hidden link.
However, the German version shows both the content and styles correctly.
Based on the issue with the English page, it seems related to CSS file optimization. Could you please try clearing the caches from both your site and browser, temporarily disabling the CSS/JS optimization, and then check again? Additionally, you can refresh or regenerate the CSS and libraries from the Enfold theme settings to see if that resolves the issue. If you're unsure how to do this, I recommend reaching out to the Enfold theme support team for assistance.
Apart from that, all the contents seem to be showing fine in the English version.
If you want to delete the English page, removing it from the Pages section and then from the trash will completely delete the page. However, some remnants may still exist in the WPML tables. You can remove them by following these steps:
- Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
- Click on the following buttons:
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Fix element_type collation
-- Fix WPML tables collation
-- Fix post-type assignment for translations
Clear the caches from your site and browser and then check again.
