Background of the issue:
I defined the sitekey using another account and then returned the original one using wp config.

Symptoms:
It still picks the old sitekey.

Questions:
Could you assist with changing the sitekey back to the original one?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you tried to re-register using a new site key?

1. Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab. Click Unregister WPML from this site.

2. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML. A message asking you to enter the site key will appear. Click on Get a key for this site.

3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to Production site.

4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. When done, you can delete your old site key in the WPML account.

I checked our system and found that no site is currently assigned to the site key where those credits are allocated.

I recommend following these steps:

1. Remove that site from your list of registered sites.
2. Complete the steps outlined here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/sitekey/#post-17066898.
3. Assign the credits to the newly registered site: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/.
