[Resolved] Some accordion content and ID module lost (in ATE) when update a page
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are experiencing issues with losing translations of accordion content in DE/FR/IT languages when updating your homepage using WPML. Additionally, module IDs lose their translations when the page is updated. Solution: We have attempted to replicate the issue using a clean Sandbox environment with only WPML and Divi, using the imported homepage layout from your site. In this controlled environment, updating the title did not affect the translations in the Divi Accordions, suggesting the issue might be specific to your installation. We recommend providing us with a Duplicator copy of your site for further debugging.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update my homepage on hidden link. I am using WPML to manage translations for DE/FR/IT languages. But some translation lost in ATE.
Symptoms:
When I update my homepage, some accordion content in DE/FR/IT translations (in ATE) is lost. Sometimes only one accordion content, sometimes up to three. Additionally, on other pages, the ID of the module loses translation when I update the page (e.g., #games).
Questions:
Why is some accordion content lost in DE/FR/IT translations when I update my homepage?
Why do module IDs lose their translations when I update the page?
How can I prevent losing translations and avoid spending credits to re-translate?

thanks for the video. It doesn't happen to me. I edited the default language, and all three secondary languages retained the content. They were no segment cleared / still open to finish. Here, for example, my edit for DE: hidden link
The other two languages have also been updated but have not been saved yet; both are showing 100% done. Can you please try it again via my user account?

Maybe you forget to turn off the auto translate, that's why the lost translation is appear. I have turn off the auto translate in the setting. And the issue still happen.

I just tried in my FAQ page, and the translation also lost.
Strangely, the lost translation is in specific accordion:
Where can I park my car?
The closest parking garage is “Freilager Parking” (Freilager Parking map) close to the Spar Supermarket. Another bit further option is “ Parkhaus A-Park” (Parkhaus A-Park map).
In few days ago, sometimes there are 3 accordion paragraph lost. But now only one.

thank you! Using "Translate Some" I was able to reproduce it.
I tested it further and could not reproduce the same issue on a clear Sandbox using only WPML and Divi with the imported homepage from your installation (Divi layout). There, a change on the title doesn't cause any edits on the Divi Accordions. Therefore, it only happens on your own installation.
Please provide us with a Duplicator copy of your site for further debugging. For now, I will share your staging access with our team so they can have a look without further delay.
