Problem:
The client reported that after translating over 300 products into German using WPML, some images were missing in the translated versions, with only the primary image being displayed.
Solution:
We recommended making a small change to the product content in the original language (English), then saving and updating the translation. This action should cause the gallery images to display on the translated product page as well.

If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Make a small change to the product content in the original language.
2. Save the changes.
3. Update the translation.

This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thank you for your prompt response. We have double-checked and confirmed that everything is fine. However, we have encountered another significant issue after translating over 300 products using WPML. The products are translated into German, but we've noticed that some images are missing in the translated versions, with only the primary image being present. Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?

Hi,

Here is the new ticket. I see the gallery images are not displayed on the translation product page. Please let me know how to add the gallery images and I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

I make a small change to the product content in English > Save > Update the translation then the gallery image displays on the translation product page as well. Please check the attached screenshot.

Hellowe decide to dont use your plugin any more we disable it , but we have duplicate products ? we want to remove the german products added by WPML can you told us how to do it
