Background of the issue:
I have a few ACF fields that output values based on the radio button selected. Some of these are translating fine, but some are not translating even though their translations have been added in. I have looked at the WPML and ACF Multilingual documentation.
Symptoms:
Some ACF radio button options are not translating despite translations being added in string translation.
Questions:
Why are some ACF radio button options not translating even though their translations have been added?
1) Can you share the URL to the page where I can see the issue?
2) How are you settings radion options, as label : value format or? Also what is your translation settings for that field group/field?
3) Since you use a custom theme, please check if the issue still happens when using the WP default theme. This is to confirm issue is not being caused by your custom-coded theme. I advise checking this on the staging website.
2) Please make sure they are in that format, so you can translate labels and that output is set to label:
- hidden link
3) Since it is a custom theme, we can not debug issues with custom developed theme that is out of the scope of our support. Please try to reproduce and check as I advised above with the WP default theme.
Changing to that format still did not solve the issue.
I'm 99% sure it's not an issue with the custom theme, as some of the radio options in the same field are translating. The code is outputting correctly, there's just some strings that are randomly not translating.
Before we can continue I advise you to confirm the issue still happens with the default theme and only WPML plugins and ACF, then in that condition we can check and debug your issue further.
Let me know.

Drazen
