This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to translate some text even after scanning all plugins and themes, and the text was not found in the string translation.
Solution:
1. We asked the client to check the WPML -> Translation Management and complete the translations for the items that were not yet translated.
2. We provided a video tutorial (https://monosnap.com/file/m87eI4FwbgjlibR9T4mOval4QI83Zi) and instructed the client to go to the specific language and edit its translation as shown.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend you to follow these steps:
- Check the WPML -> Translation Management section and ensure all translations are completed.
- Refer to the provided video tutorial to understand how to edit translations for a specific language.
