This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported an issue where a message indicated '13 automatic translations are in progress' and showed 16 errors from its label. Additionally, there was a PHP error: 'Call to a member function get_cart() on null' in the Elementor Pro plugin at /wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/modules/woocommerce/wc-templates/cart/mini-cart.php:69.
Solution:
We identified that the issue might be related to the Elementor Pro plugin interfering with WPML's translation jobs. We recommended disabling Elementor Pro temporarily until WPML could fully deliver the translations and then re-enabling it. If this step does not resolve the issue, we advised the client to contact Elementor Pro's support for further assistance, as they might have a specific solution for this problem. Additionally, we asked the client to check for any errors in the WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor > Error Log and to share any findings.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi there, and thank you for your extraordinary patience.

So, those are translation jobs, and sometimes it takes a while for WPML to translate the jobs.

Are they still showing up at the top of the site?

Can you please send a screenshot of this area: WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor > Error Log? Are there any errors there?

It appears that this issue may be related to a different plugin, specifically Elementor Pro. It is similar to a problem described in an existing ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/pages-are-showing-waiting-for-automatic-translations/.

In that ticket, even though the problematic plugin wasn't Elementor Pro, disabling it until WPML could fully deliver the translation, followed by re-enabling it, resolved the issue.

I suggest trying that as a first step.

If that doesn't work, since this is related to Elementor Pro, I recommend reaching out to their support for further assistance. They may already have a solution for this issue, especially if you are a paying customer of their Pro version, where you should expect prompt support.
