This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where automatic translation for Chinese was not working, although English auto-translation was functioning correctly.
Solution:
We checked the settings and found that the language mapping for Chinese was not configured correctly. We updated the language mapping for the Chinese language to "Chinese Simplified" through "WPML > Languages > Edit Language". We recommend the client to try translating again, as this should resolve the issue.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance.

We were able to improve it.

There is one more problem.

The automatic Chinese translation of the posted articles does not work.
English can be auto-translated.

Do you know the cause?

I understood the issue. Since you have shared the access, I checked and found that the language mapping for the Chinese language wasn't configured properly. Which is why, the Automatic translation wasn't working. I updated the Language mapping for the Chinese language to "Chinese Simplified"(Screenshot: hidden link) from "WPML > Languages > Edit Language" and that should solve the issue.
