This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the date range translations for rental products on their WooCommerce site, despite other custom fields being translatable.
Solution:
We advised the client to ensure that the date range custom field was set to 'Copy' in the WPML settings. After setting it to 'Copy', the client needed to update the default language product and re-save it. This action should sync the data correctly across different language versions. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try these steps:
1. Check if the date range custom field is set to 'Copy' in WPML settings.
2. Update the default language product.
3. Re-save the product to sync the data across translations.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Ah okay, didn't know that when you search for an url that would be kept in the translation.
With the dynamic url > internal url it works.

Can we now proceed to the date range on the rental products?

Hello,

Regarding the date range on the rental products, could you please clarify how you are currently setting it up?

Are you:

- adding the date range via product settings, custom fields, or a widget
- using any dynamic data or shortcode for the dates

If you can share the exact steps or a screenshot/video of how you add the date range to the product, I can better understand and advise.

Regards,
Dražen

Hello,

The data range is with this module:
https://woocommerce.com/products/rental-products/

While the custom field of that same plugin are translatedable it's only the data range that doesn't show up in the translations.

Hello,

Thanks for the clarification.

Could you please check if that date range custom field is set to Copy in WPML settings? If not, please set it to Copy, then update the default language product and re-save it.

After that, check the translation again.

Let me know how it goes.

Dražen

I wasn't, so I put all these fields on copy and resaved the languages. But the data range doesn't show up.

Hello,

I am not sure if all should be set to copy, probably only date value only.

Please share the access details of your website, so I can log in and take a look.

Hello,

I checked and can see you already did set correct settings all relevant fields should be set to Copy. 🙂

I just re-saved the English product and the data has now synced correctly to the Dutch version:

Please check if all is good.

Thanks, any idea how I can translate these strings?

I find them in string translation, and they are translated, but the english language remains.
I guess it has to do something with the copy function. But don't find what the correct custom field is.
