[Resolved] Split: Gallery sitemap

thanks for the patience.

We have checked your copy of your website and it works just fine.

Our developer who was checking the issue has noted some custom DB settings, custom theme, mu-plugins, object-cache and etc, and is under the impression our fix for you gallery CPT doesn't work on your server because of these custom settings/configuration.

Checking this further and debugging your custom/server configuration is out of the scope of our work.

Since it works fine if we follow the next steps and tet on our server/localhost:

- Remove the mu-plugins, object-cache.php, the custom db file and edit to wp-config to not try to load it
- Then translated the CPT slug
- Resave the permalinks
- After those steps, it worked for me.

As explained in my last reply, it works fine for us, and we suspect some custom code/configuration is causing issues for your side / live website, and we can not check/debug that part as it is out of the scope of our support.

It's fine when we have different custom post slug, but for the same slug it doesn't work

Where can I see and check that it works fine with different slugs? I tried to check on hidden link but I still see the same problems.

2) Yes, at that time it wasn't working correctly on sandbox because I have not followed the correct steps, thus our developers checked and it worked fine. Then we tried to check your website but since it has many custom things / maybe even from the server, they took a copy, disabled everything as explained above checked your copy of the website and it works fine.

Sandbox website expired after 7 days.

I would suggest you try to check your webstie copy on localhost, disable everything as we did so can make sure it works fine. Then try to see what causes issues on your live website/server. You can also try with only custom CPT code, WPML, and AISEO.

I can check one more time 1st step, but I am not sure I will be able to do much if it still doesn't work, since what we checked and tested seems to work fine, and the permanent fix will be added from the AISEO side the future.
