Mihai, one last thing, can I somehow change site title (in this case only a text sentence) when I'm on the English site? I tried using the Customizer but than I don't see a option to change the site title for two languages.
Thanks!

Hi there.

I created 2 custom-search URLs that I think will help you find the solution very fast, taking into consideration that we already have existing tickets related to this request.

1. How to translate site title and description if you are using an SEO plugin like YOAST:
hidden link..69i57j69i58.11384j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

2. How to translate site title and description if you are not using an SEO plugin:
hidden link

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

Please let me know how that goes.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Thanks. I've found it.
The Site title and Tagline can be translated with the String Translation module. WPML > String Translation, and search for the original text then add the translation.
