To register strings for translation, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation. You can use automatic translation for translating newly registered strings. For more information, visit: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ |

I don't think you understood either. I'm not doing anything. I've activated the option to translate everything automatically. The plugin must work correctly. I won't check every day whether the new properties or blog posts are correctly translated by wordnew It must work 100% automatically |

As I see it now, around 20% have not been translated, even though I paid! I pay, the plugin does the work. Not I pay, the plugin does crap and I still have to work. That's not how it works |

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns. As I mentioned earlier, certain parts of the site need might to be prepared for translation. Once everything is translated, you won’t have to check daily to ensure that new properties are translated as they are added. |

very good, then please get everything ready. I don't have any more time and I have to take care of other customers. You can set up whatever you want, the website must be 100% correctly translated in the end. There are slowly too many tickets open and I have already lost track of all these tickets |

I completely understand your busy schedule. We're here to assist you as much as possible to ensure your website is correctly translated. However, our role is to provide guidance, troubleshooting, and support rather than handling the entire setup on your behalf. To move forward efficiently, I recommend you check each ticket and the solution provided. Focusing on one ticket with one question at a time avoids confusion and ensures that each issue is resolved correctly. We're happy to help if you need further clarification regarding the questions reported. Thank you for your understanding. |

I've had enough of this plugin, is there a way to get a refund? this damn thing is causing us too many problems and doesn't work properly. I don't have time to invest days of support for something I paid for My patience and time investment is at an end. When I pay for something, I expect it to work 100% without much effort |

Not even the voice forwarding works correctly. Too much is too much. Sorry, but we are no longer willing to invest time. When we buy something, we expect it to work 100% correctly. |

Thank you for your feedback—I truly appreciate it. I’m sorry to hear that you ran into trouble. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a refund by submitting the form using this link: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/. However, if you’d like to give it another shot, I’m confident that by following my guidance, we can resolve any questions that arise during your site’s translation process. As you know from earlier messages, complex websites—especially those involving e-commerce, rental, or multiple plugins and themes—may require additional settings to ensure seamless translation. Let me know how you’d like to proceed. |

I have mentioned various problems, but none have been solved. Above all, the language forwarding does not work correctly. The language forwarding works the first time. If you change the menu and go back to Home, it is back to English. |

Make sure the complete website is translated. I'm about to explode, but you can't start with these bad instructions If I activate this damn option, then damn it, it should do its job and translate everything |

Referring to this specific support ticket and the issue at hand, have you attempted to register the strings that are missing translations using my guidance? This will allow them to be automatically translated further. Regarding the other issue you mentioned about "language forwarding," it is not clear what the problem is. Please create a new support ticket detailing this specific issue and include screenshots. This will help fully understand it and provide you with the best possible solution or feedback. Thank you. |
