Upon investigation, I found that the footer menu, named "Footer Menu," has been accurately translated into all languages and is displaying correctly in the customizer. However, I noticed a string called 'menu' in the String Translation section. This string was translated into 'menú' in Spanish, causing the issue. Reverting it to 'menu' for all languages (without the hyphen) resolved the footer issue. Here's the string: admin_texts_astra-settings [astra-settings][footer-desktop-items][above][above_1]0 menu Additionally, the missing language switcher flag issue is resolved by navigating to WPML->Languages->Default flag format-> PNG format
