This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the menu header icon for the remote menu was not appearing on mobile devices, specifically on pages other than the homepage.

Solution:
1. We confirmed that the English menu needed to be set for both desktop and mobile versions on the Elementor homepage.
2. We instructed the client to edit the homepage in English with Elementor and set the "Andre_PT (Menu Header)" as the menu for both desktop and mobile.
3. Upon further investigation, we found duplicates of pages when switching languages in the wp-admin bar. We advised the client to:
- Check the pages and keep only the necessary ones.
- Edit each page using Elementor to ensure the correct header configuration is set for both "Desktop" and "Tablet and mobile".

Hello,
The problem is that the menu header on the cell phone doesn't even appear... the icon for the remote menu.

Thanks.

Given that the menu in English was created for the desktop version, it needed to be set on the Elementor homepage as well.

I should be working fine on the mobile as well now.

Please check and let me know,
Marsel

Glad to see it is resolved.

You needed to set the English menu "Andre_PT (Menu Header)" as a menu for desktop and mobile by editing with Elementor the homepage in English.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Kind regards,
Marsel

in the end it didn't work. because there are two headers on the site, in the header of the homepage the header appears in mobile but in the header of the other pages - about, for example - it doesn't appear. can you help?

Hi,

I was able to revert back the changes you made on the website, is should be looking fine now.

About the menu icon not showing up on other pages except homepage, I noticed that when switching the language on the wp-admin bar (please check the image attached), there are duplicates of the pages and I am not sure what is the reason for that.

I would suggest you check the pages and keep the ones you need while checking which menu is configured to show up on each of them (edit them using Elementor and check the header configuration there for "Desktop" and "Tablet and mobile".

Let me know if you have any more questions,
Marsel
