This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the 'voucher' payment method in other languages after setting the _mollie_voucher_category field to 'Copy'. Additionally, they could not translate the description of the 'Cheques' payment method, as the translation did not appear on the website.
Solution:
For the 'voucher' payment method issue, the client needed to update/change the product and save, then re-save the translations. For translating the 'Cheques' payment method description:
1. Go to WPML > String Translation;
2. Click on "Not seeing strings that you are looking for?", then on "Admin Texts Translation";
3. Search for the string, select it, and add it to String Translation;
4. Translate it.

Hi,

Thank you for your help.
I already made the 2 first steps before:
1. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation and click on "Show system fields";
2. Find the _mollie_voucher_category field and set it to "Copy". Save;

But I didn't know that I had to make an update/change on the product and to save (and then to re-save the translations) to be able to see the "voucher" payment method in the other languages.

Now it finally works.

But there is still something that I can't translate: the description of the "Cheques" payment method (see the attached screenshot where you can see the text "Test description").
I found the text "Test description" in the string translations (see attached screenshot) and I translated it (by "Test of an English description" in English) but the translation does not appear on the website (I see "test description" (which is the French text) in every language).
How can I translate this?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hey there,

Please ensure to have a backup and follow these steps:

1. Go to WPML > String Translation, find the strings, select and delete them;
2. Empty all caches;
3. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugin localization and scan the plugin;
4. Go to WPML > String Translation and retranslate the strings;
5. Empty all caches;

Let me know if that fixes the issue. Thank you.

Hi,

I did what you said but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I still don't see the translations of "Test description".

How to solve this issue?

The access that I gave you for the staging website is still ok if you want to make tests.

Thank you in advance.

Hey there,

Thank you for waiting. This specific string is registered as an admin string, since it's defined on the admin panel. To translate it, follow these steps:

1. Go to WPML > String Translation;
2. Click on "Not seeing strings that you are looking for?", then on "Admin Texts Translation";
3. Search for the string, select it and add it to String Translation;
4. Translate it;

That should do the trick 🙂 Let me know how it goes.
