Did you recently downgrade the PHP Version? It is important to keep it updated in order for both issues to be resolved, otherwise the original issue will re emerge.
Please upgrade the PHP Version as originally suggested to PHP 8.0.0 or higher, if you are not sure on how to do this, your hosting provider can do it for you.

We escalated this ticket 16 days ago. As part of our testing process, one of the key requirements has been to upgrade PHP to version 8.0 or higher. While this may not directly resolve the current issue, it addresses other potential problems and is a recommended troubleshooting step from our Tier 2 support team.

I have created a duplicator package of your site so we can move forward without the PHP update if you are not able to use the newer PHP Version, however, do note we still highly recommend updating the PHP version to 8.0+ and not using 7.4, many issues have been resolved by the latest PHP version, including the previous issue we worked on.
Please update the Porto Parent theme to the latest version 7.6.0.
You are currently using Version: 6.6.1 which was released in 2022, and there have been over 80 updates to the theme since then, some of them including major updates due to WPML compatibility issues.

Let me summarize it, so I am sure I got the issue right.
You've created a product with variations, but the variations prices are not the same in English and Arabic. The attributes used in the variations are per product, not global attributes. And this only happens in some products, not in all products.
Am I right?
If the issue persists, please try the following:

1. Resync variations with WPML tools
- Go to WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency → Settings → Troubleshooting.
- Run Sync product variations and Fix translated variations relationships.

- Edit an affected product in the default language, make a tiny change (e.g., add a space) and Update; then open the translation and click Update again.
WPML
- Check if EN and AR variation prices now match.
2. Ensure custom-field copying for local attributes
- In WPML → Settings → Custom Field Translation, set _regular_price, _sale_price, _price and any field added by extensions to Copy.
- Re-save one problem product; WPML should duplicate the prices to the Arabic variation rows.
3. Convert local attributes to global (recommended by WPML)
- Create global attributes that mirror the local ones (Products → Attributes).
- Re-assign these attributes to each variation (WooCommerce bulk edit or WP All Import).
- Translate the attribute terms in WPML → Taxonomy Translation, then click Synchronize attributes and update product variations.
If none of these help, can you please do the following test:
I suggest you try this to help us identify if it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme that is causing the problem.
**IMPORTANT:** Please try this in a staging environment or at least with a backup of your site files and database before continuing.
Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and WPML-related and temporarily change the theme to a default WordPress such as Twenty Twenty-five.
