Also we have two sections where book covers are pulled from the main image of a product and shown. After we use the translate function the book covers appear to disappear. storykeeper.com/es (Translated site) storykeeper.com (Original site) storykeeper.com/de (Site that has not yet been translated for your reference)
After reviewing the screenshot you provided, it appears the section highlighted in the screenshot includes some WooCommerce Products. The reason these products aren't displaying in that section is likely because they haven't been translated into Spanish yet.
Make sure to have the "WooCommerce Multilingual" plugin installed and active on your site, and confirm that the Products have been translated into Spanish. Check the guide below to understand the process of translating WooCommerce products.
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the Menu, kindly share them in the ticket mentioned above. This approach ensures that each ticket remains clear and focused on its specific issue.
However, since you've inquired, allow me to answer your question. If you have additional queries related to the menu, please feel free to ask in the ticket I previously mentioned.
If you're trying to synchronize the menu from the Spanish version of the site using the WP Menu Sync feature, it's normal not to see any menu there. You should first synchronize the menu from your primary site (storykeeper.com), and create a menu for the Spanish version. After doing so, the menu should become visible on the Spanish version of the site. You can then edit the Spanish version of the menu as per your needs.
I understand the issue you're having. Could you please restart the Automatic translation and check if it helps to translate the products automatically? Here's what you have to do:
- Please go to "WPML > Settings" and change the Translation mode to "Translate what you choose". Save the changes.
- Once done, refresh the Settings page.
- Now, From the Translation Mode option, click on "Change Mode"
- Select "Translate Everything Automatically" and click on "Continue"
- On the next page, select "Translate all my current content plus new content as I create it." and click on continue.
- Select the settings for the Translated contents and save the changes.
If you're using any optimization plugin on your site, please clear the caches from the site and browser and then check again. The Automatic translation should now translate all the contents of your site Automatically.
Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
