Hi,

Could you please help me with a video showing the issue (you can use hidden link or hidden link and share the link with me)?

Thanks,
Marsel

Hi,

Thank you for the video.

Could you please try going to Wp-Admin -> WPML -> Settings -> Custom Field Translation for a field related to product galleries "_product_image_gallery" and set it to "Copy".

* You may need to click "Show system fields" for the field to show up.

Please check the attached images to see which section I am referring to.

Let me know if this works for you.

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

I checked on WPML -> Support and noticed that the WP Memory limit is 40MB, could you please increase it to at least 128MB as WordPress uses 40Mb as default and the minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB?

*Kindly check this page: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the line: /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

/* Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any updates/changes to your website.

After, please try clearing the website's cache (server-side included), and try making a small change (ex: add a "+" sign to the title and remove it again after you have updated the product) to a product you already translated and has the gallery images.

Check if the issue persists and let me know.

ok, it works, but do I have to update all products separately? it's quite a lot of work

Can you check if the translations update without adding the "+" sign, just by clicking "Update" when you edit one product? Try with a product that is already translated and not with one whose translation needs updating.

* I noticed from WCML that some product translations need updating.

updates without adding "+". I also noticed a problem that some products do not have a gallery even in their native language.

Hi,

Thanks for the update.

The issue with the products in the default language should not related to WPML plugins.

Did those products have an image gallery before translating them?

tomaszS-59

yes, they had a gallery

1) Can you please share 2/3 links to the products that had the gallery?

All the changes you made (wp memory increase or changing the settings of the gallery field) shouldn't affect the products in the default language.

2) Can you please clear the cache of the website?

I misled you. that's ok, the problem is still with the table with product variants, the photos there are not updated

Can you please share the link to one of the products where I can check the issue?
