Hello Mohamed, thank you for your message...
I have one more question
I am on this page hidden link which is the German language, if I refresh the page the browser goes back to the English default language which is very boring, how do I prevent this?

Hi,

Please try the following steps:

- Update the original page with a minor change
- Update the page translation

If that didn't help, make sure you have a full backup of the database and website then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, and click the following:

- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations
