Please note that the test website has English as default language and Albanian as secondary. I've checked it, and the page was not fully translated. Besides that, it's not using the same shortcode as your live website is.

I need you to recreate the issue in the Sandbox, exactly as it is in your website. In your website, the Shto Pakete page uses the [wp_cardealer_submission] shortcode, which shows the products before the form. That doesn't happen in the translation. That's what must be recreated in the testing website, so I can confirm if it's a compatibility issue. I cannot recreate it, as I don't totally understand how your theme works and how the pages were created. Please recreate the issue in the testing website.

It's very likely that this page is not translatable due to your theme. This is what I want to verify. I'm saying that, because we've tested other features that weren't compatible, so it's likely that this one isn't compatible as well. If you can't recreate the issue in the testing website, please reach out to your theme support, so they can tell how your theme works and how the issue can be recreated. Without this information, I cannot continue support.
