This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported an issue where footer widgets translated using string translation were still appearing in English on the frontend when French was active.
Solution:
We recommended creating separate widgets for each language to ensure that the translations display correctly on the frontend. This approach can be more reliable than using string translation alone for widgets. For detailed steps on how to set up different widgets for different languages, please visit Translating Widgets.

Hello again,

It seems this content is coming from a footer widget under Appearance > Widgets.

There is a better way to translate these widgets, by created one widget for each language like this : https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/#using-different-widgets-for-different-languages

I hope answers your question, let me know if you need help with it,

Best,

Hello!

All texts are now translated. I didn't use separate widgets for the footer. Just string translation.

For some reason after translation texts in the backend - it took some random time to update on the front end without any additional actions.
Maybe it is because of weak webhosting.
It is pretty strange, but it is resolved.

Thank you very much!
