This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was able to translate most of the theme strings but had issues with some content not showing up. After re-translating the page or making a small change and updating, the content would appear. However, the client was unable to find and translate some strings on the homepage.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps to locate and translate the missing strings:
1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Visit the page with the untranslated strings or refresh it.
4. Return to WPML → String Translation and check if the string has been registered.
5. If found, search for the strings in the table and translate them.
For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation on Finding strings that don’t appear on the String Translation page.

The strings you are looking for might be a part of your current theme. To locate the strings, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to "WPML → String Translation".
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where the untranslated strings are displayed or refresh it.
4. Return to "WPML >> String Translation" and check if the given string has been registered.
5. If yes, search for them in the table and then translate.

I was able to find most of the strings and translate them. I'm having some issues with content showing up, but I'm mostly able to fix the issues by translating the page again or making a small change and updating, then things show up.

Most of the issues have been fixed now, I appreciate it! The only real issue I cannot figure out is the homepage that we are discussing here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/im-trying-to-translate-pages-from-english-to-slovenian/page/2/
