This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needed help translating the Forminator form.
Solution:
The Forminator plugin is not currently compatible with WPML. As a workaround, we recommended the following steps:
1. Navigate to Forminator > Forms.
2. Create a new form for each language.
3. Copy the shortcode from the translated form.
4. Edit the page where the form is added in the default language.
5. Switch to the second language from the top admin bar.
6. Replace the original form's shortcode with the new one from the translated form.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If so, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
