This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where both the staging site and the main website are asking for an activation code after creating a staging environment. Additionally, the client mentioned that Elementor Beta is needed.
Solution:
We recommend deactivating third-party plugins to identify the source of the issue. In this case, deactivating the 'Elementor Beta (Developer Edition)' plugin resolved the problem with the footer not working correctly in Chinese. If you're experiencing this issue, try deactivating the Elementor Beta plugin and check if that resolves the problem.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket.
