Hi Vanina,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I check the elements on your site and see that the section "Recently Viewed Products" is created by the Astra theme or its addon plugin. So I suggest you go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Scan strings in the theme and plugins. Then go to WPML > String Translation > Search for the strings and translate them all.
Refer to the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi Long, thank you for your reply. I tried what you suggest yet I cannot find the string under Astra or Astra-addon. It only shows up as Woocommerce string, and it is translated. It's just that it doesn't show on the website.

Hi,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site so I can take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

I can search for the string "Recently Viewed Products" under the domain "astra-addon" on the String Translation page and it isn't translated. After translating this string, the translation is displayed in French as well.

Thanks.
