Flatsome is the most popular theme in the world, you now have an issue with Flatsome, you do not support the most popular theme in the world. Everyone that is using Flatsome has this issue, probably thousands or more or your customers, and you are taking no action about this.

That doesn't bother anyone at your company? how can you let this be? This issue has been open for months but it seems no one is taking any actions.

Who is in charge of product management? I would like to speak with him.
