We have a site hosted on Kinsta, running WPML. I've recently added a few string translations, which keep reverting back to an untranslated string seemingly each time I clear the site and CDN caches at the server level.

We're also experiencing issues where we clear the caches and the site is still displaying a previously cached version for some users. Having spoken to our host support team, they suspect it could be related to the caching of some plugins including multi-lingual plugins.

Is there a cache for WPML that is conflicting with the main server caches that is causing this to open?

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. WPML has a clear cache function that you can find in WPML-> Support-> Troubleshoot.

Please clear the WPML, server, and site cache, then translate the strings to check if the issue persists.

Also, it would be helpful if you could provide a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue.

Best regards,
Osama
