Hello Daniel,
Thank you for the update.

Issue with translating the "All Categories" text in the Search section: I found that the search section was implemented using the "Woolentor Ajax search form" widget. This widget was not registered for translation, which is why the text wasn't displayed in translated form. I added the necessary code to register the widget (hidden link) for translation and made a minor update to the header's name. Following this, I updated the German translation of the header, and now the "All Categories" text is available for translation in the translation editor. I have completed the translation, and the text is now correctly displayed in German. Please check this screenshot: hidden link

Please update the translation for the other language header to ensure the text in the header displays correctly. It's important to note that since the header is saved as an Elementor template, there is no need to translate the template ID explicitly. This is only necessary if the template is selected specifically within any plugin settings.

Regarding the translation of the logo on the PDF invoice: The logo ID used within the PDF Invoice plugin is stored as an Admin string. I have registered this string for translation, and now the ID is available in the String Translation section (703). To display a different logo for each language, please locate the ID of the desired image in the Media Library and then add it as a translation for the default ID in String Translation. You can see how to do this in the following screenshot: hidden link

I hope it helps. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything else you need help with. I will be happy to assist.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi Daniel,

my name is Marcel and I will take over your ticket, as my colleague Prosenjit is unavailable today. For that reason, I can't ask him myself, but I can't see here anything that he might have changed, as even the strings from the mail itself are not registered for translation and also not available to be registered for translation.

Here are some examples:

So I can't confirm any modifications caused by him. Can you confirm that?

Best Regards
Marcel

Hallo Marcel,

Prosenjit ended up logging into production as some things he showed on staging15 were not working on production.
I set him an admin link with 30 days access, can you find it?

The All categories string in the Elementor menu (woolentor search widget) he fixed and it's now in German.

the second part reg. the logo translation in the pdf invoice, is not fixed. I made a video to explain the issue (following this guideance).

I'm very sorry for the background noise towards the end, we have visitors from Austrialia and our dog got very excited...

Many greetings from Texas to you!
Daniel

Hello Daniel,
I hope you're doing well.

I focused exclusively on the issues you mentioned in your responses and did not adjust any settings that could affect email functionality. While reviewing the video, I noticed there are options to configure which template should load in each language. Please ensure that these conditions are correctly applied for both the default and translated templates. If you still encounter issues, please open a new ticket with more details, and either I or another support team member will assist you in resolving the problem.

About the issue with translating PDF images: If translating the image ID wasn’t effective, could you try installing the WPML Media Translation plugin and translate the image directly through it? Please check the guide below to understand the process.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
