The page was created using WPBakery Page builder and translated by WPML.
Now I'm making a new page using Element or, before that I enter into the classic editor and manually deleted all the content, cleared cache, and created a new page using Elementor. When trying to translate, a string (vc_column) from the old page appears, How can I fix this? Remove this old string, or clear translation cache? Page revision was deleted in WP, but still have this old string.
Help !
Also I want to specify, the website if offline, local. And if I make cashe clearance as it was mentioned here by your link (hidden link) this may cause a delete all created translations at online website? I have more than 2000 products translated, so do not want to loose all translations. Thank you!

1) First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. The troubleshooting functions won't delete the translations, but it's better to have a backup before using them.
After the troubleshooting functions, please edit the page in the default language, make a minor edit, then update it. After that, update the translation to check if the issue persists.
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
I made a backup of the site. Tried all the following buttons from screenshot provided by the support.
Copied all elementor elements to another draft. Made this page empty once again. And still have 5 strings from old content.
Also edit the page in the default language (change 1 letter in title), unlinked old version of translations (i have two additional languages). Everytime i have this old strings.
The debug info is ready. Cant find button button where i can attach it.

1. I've enabled the debug info section again, could you please check if you can see the text box? (hidden link)
2. Please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps:
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

All plugins deactivated (ex.WPML plugins), switch to Twenty Twenty-Three theme. Checked, still have those strings. Marked everything translated. Pressed edit page switch from WPML translation editor to WordPress editor, switch to second language and unlink page from default language page. Moved unlinked page to trash. Plus icon appeared opposite the page. Open it and still have strings from old content.
Thanks for your update. Please let me know the name of the problematic page. Also, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Problem description / Actions already made according to support advice.
The page was created using WPBakery Page builder. I made new content for page with Elementor. Before making a new content on this page, I deleted all the information using the classic wordpress editor. Page was empty after that. After I finish with Elementor, i try to translate this page with WPML Classic translation editor, in addition to the necessary elements, 5 strings (vc_column etc) from the old content appear. Cut all elementor elements to another draft. Made this page empty once again, open Classic translation editor, strings only URL and Title and still have 5 strings from old content.

4. All plugins deactivated (ex.WPML plugins), switch to Twenty Twenty-Three theme. Checked, still have those strings.
2) We need to check the site to be able to debug the issue. However, 28Gb is a huge database.
Please try to reduce the size by excluding unrelated tables and records to the issue. Also, please let me know if you have any online staging sites.
3) Please check the wp_postsmeta table records to the problematic pages to check whether the old strings are deleted.
If they are not deleted, that could be the cause why you still see them in the translation editor.

3. We use yout plugin for many years and we know how to attach debug info, we did it before, now - can't.
