I understand the issue you're having. If the translation process is interrupted for any reason, the translation status of the Strings will display as "in-progress".
Could you please try the suggestions mentioned in the ticket below?
If Automatic translation is enabled on your site, you'll not see the "Jobs" tab. Please switch the translation mode to see the Tab.
- Please go to "WPML > Settings"
- Change the "Translation Mode" to "Translate what you choose"
- Complete the steps and save the changes.
