After switching WPML license key to and linking our client website to our account WPML detected site as different installation. This disconnected the existing ATE job IDs.

As a result, translation jobs for all languages are now affected. Most of them are marked as "flagged for later," showing empty segments and refusing to "Save & complete" until those flags are cleared.

The important part is that the actual translations still exist in the database. I checked some of the product admin pages in the different languages, and they still show the original translation. This suggests the translations themselves are intact but the job Ids no longer match the new site registration.

If we try to translate now, WPML will assume everything is new and will consume the translation credits unnecessarily.

What should be done in this case to resolve our issue?
