Background of the issue:
I have a function that synchronizes automatically my ACF URL file from a CSV file. When I run it, it updates only the main site but not the translated site. I see that the field has 'copy' settings: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The ACF URL file updates only on the main site and not on the translated site.
