This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client has translated the home page from English to Czech and wants the Czech home page to select the translated Taxonomies. However, they are unable to find the Taxonomies and have tried making them translatable from the WPML settings without success.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with Taxonomies not appearing after translation, we recommend the following steps:
1. Disable all WPML plugins.
2. Click to edit each category term.
3. Re-enable the WPML plugins.
4. On each category edit screen, click save/update.
This process should resolve the issue with the translated Taxonomies not appearing on your Czech home page.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.
