All labels for taxonomies created by English version in Jet fields addons showing in Italian version.
When I try to add translation in Taxonomy Translation menu, nothing changed, I continue to see field in Italian translation.
I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.
The issue might be happening due to the incorrect configuration of Translation preferences for Meta fields within the Taxonomy, as well as the taxonomy itself. This could be why the English versions of the Fields are appearing in Italian.
Please check the documentation below and make sure that the preference for the meta field is set to 'Translatable', if you want to see the the field translated.

I tried this before posted a ticket. But it's not helped for me.
I have a translate a problem with taxonomies labels (general) not in taxonomies posts.
If the Taxonomy labels and Slug are translated from WPML > Taxonomy Translation → "Translations of taxonomy labels and slug"(as shown in the screenshot: hidden link), they should then be displayed in the translated form on the frontend.
If the taxonomy remains untranslated, please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue.
- Please go to WPML > String Translation
- Search for the name of the Label
- If that appears in the result, ensure that the label is translated. if not, please click on the "+" icon and complete the translation.
If the Taxonomy still not showing translated, please share the link of the page/post where I can see the issue. I will check and advise you on the next steps.
