I am working on a translation but it's not going as it should. The translation is in bulk and when I approve the first mega bulk text, I can't approve the second + sections. I experience quite a lot of difficulties using WMPL lately and don't know what to do. |

Just wanted to send you an update that I am still working on this issue. I found an issue that had been reported that had a similar issue when using the tag which I do see in the content, and I'm working with our team to find a workaround. I'll update again here as soon as I have more information. |

Hi Lauren, thank you for the update. How is it going now? I tried to make a new product for this one and I got the same issue. However, it needs to go live asap, so I really need to have the bug fixed. Thank you! |

Hi Lauren, I added a new product and I've translated it. Now I see almost the same issue as with the already mentioned product: the translated text is just one big paragraph instead of a copy of the text as in the original (Dutch) language. and see the original version: I have translated the text in 3 languages, but I guess it will all be wrong, while we have to pay for the translation and it doesn't look good at all! |

This has been escalated to our 2nd tier team, and as soon as I hear more from them, I will update here. In the meantime, as a workaround, I suggest translating manually which will not take up credits and you can format the lines correctly. Do not update the tranlsation with the Advanced Translation Editor until we have a solution, or this will revert the content back to multiple lines. |

I have not been able to reproduce the same scenario on a staging site, so the next steps will be to test your site in minimal settings, meaning only WPML plugins active with a default theme. Do you have a staging site where we would be able to test that? If so, I have marked the next reply as private so you can share credentials in the private fields. If not, ,let me know and I'll be happy to set one up and get a copy of your site so we can test this for you. |

Thanks for access to the staging site. I went in and disabled all non WPML plugins accept for ACF and Elementor. I went to Translation Management and cancelled the in progress translation. I then made a small change to the original language page (adding just a space). The translation showed an update was needed so I updated the translation and marked it as 100% complete. I had to then reactivate plugins because I couldn't see the content on the frontend, but once I did, the text looks formatted correctly in English, as you can see here: hidden link Do you know specifically which plugin displays the content other than ACF? Meaning the content that was showing all in one lump paragraph or on separated lines? There is definitely something conflicting, and I'd like to deactivate everything but still show the content so that I can test further. |

Thanks for the update. The content is added with Elementor Template, using widgets that import the content from ACF Fields. Taking your example page: hidden link The first paragraph, above the table of contents, is made with a 'Product Content' widget. This is not an ACF field, but it's the 'Product description' field. The other paragraphs, underneath the table of contents, are 'Unfold' widgets by Dynamic.ooo. The issue with the lump paragraphs are on all paragraphs (paragraphs with 'Product Content' and 'Unfold' widgets have the same issue). |

How can I update or find the settings for the Dynamic.ooo fields? When I click on that content type from Elementor, I can't edit or see any settings. I assume maybe it's using a template? If so, can you tell me the name of the Elementor template? Also, please make sure to update the Dynamic.ooo plugin. I know you mentioned that its happening with the product descrpition, but the more we can do to rule out possible conflicts, the better, as so far this has not been very simple to find what is causing the issue. Originally the issue was that the content was all on separate lines, but now it's all in one paragraph. Are there any other products where the content is on separate lines? |

Did you test it with dynamic.ooo disabled and see if it remains in the product description? I think that may be an easier solution to rule out the conflict of dynamic.ooo We don't have any other products with separate lines. I just received our bill from last month automatic translations, it's unexpected high for the translations that we did. I expected this is also caused by the issues we are experiencing and that we are also paying for the tests translations that your are performing. Is there a way where I can find the more details on the calculation of the costs and the strings translated? |

I tested the site withall plugins deactivated and everything worked as expected. Feel free to deactivate/activate plugins on the staging site to see what differences you find. As for the translations, if the content itself was previously translated, credits should only be charged for new content that had been changed or added. You can see what has been translated by going to WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools and look for the automatic translation reports. If something is off there, we can split this ticket into a new ticket. Also, in m previous response, I had asked "How can I update or find the settings for the Dynamic.ooo fields? When I click on that content type from Elementor, I can't edit or see any settings. I assume maybe it's using a template? If so, can you tell me the name of the Elementor template?" - can you please answer that questions? Also, did you update the Dynamic.ooo plugin? |

Hi, I did some extensive testing today as well. All plugins are updated (including dynamic.ooo). But for better testing and eliminating the dynamic.ooo plugins is the problem I created a new Elementor template that only contains the product description field. This is the new template: hidden link What I did next, is I cleared all cache on WP and server level. I would like to ask you to do the following on both the live site and on staging site: I did this same process on the live site, and on the staging site. Now what you will see is that it works correctly on the staging site (the paragraphs show correctly), but on the live site the issue remains (all text in one big paragraph). While staging and live site are exact copies. |
