valmontB	I am trying to translate a text element on this page greenbizz.brussels/en/join-us/ (The French part above the contact form). The problem is recurring and I have already encountered it several times on this site... I tried to clear the site cache, modify the page in the original language to force a new content synchronization but nothing works. .. • The plugin is up to date. • I use DIVI as theme and builder • Let me know if you need any more information... I'm looking for a long term solution. Best,

I've checked the texts above the contact form and it looks like a regular DIVI text module and should be easily translatable. Not sure why it's not working and I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified. Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me. ✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

valmontB	Thank you for the fix, indeed it works now. Could you please tell me more on how you "made minor edits to this page" ? Because I also did that multiple time, cleared my cache and it never worked. Thank you, Val

Kor WPML Supporter since 08/2022 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Singapore (GMT+08:00)	Thanks for your reply. All I did was add "-edit" to the page title. Then, in the page editor backend, I click on the "cog" icon on the sidebar to re-translate the page. Once I've done that, the page is fully translated. If you have this similar issue on another page, could you give this method a try?
