Hi - I updated the theme to 3.59.
The site is not working very well. No Thai menu bar.
No properties on HP, Can;t go to Thai pages.
Basically not working. Anything you can look at?
I've pretty much had it and client ready to move on to another webmaster after 10 years.
I'll be up another hour or so if you have any thoughts or comments.
Running Php8.2 Refreshed menus but reckon they're messed up too.
I will revert to old backup before going to bed.

For now, I would recommend asking the hosting support to update MySQL to version 8.0 or higher, but make sure to first take a backup of the site, including its database.
Also, make sure to translate all pages to 100% using the WPML Translation Editor, or the menus will not display the translated menu items.

I installed RE-7 in the sandbox.
Bluehost tells me they won't get around to installing MySQL 8 on shared hosting for a long time.
I believe the latest RE-7 theme is designed for Elementor, not WP Bakery anymore.
The developer said he could help us re-build with Elementor - for $475 / page.
I think I'm feeling about done with this site. We used the Thai menu bar for over 9 years, and don't know what happened to it. He would be happy having that, but it still leaves the new theme problems.

Sorry Dre, you were right.
BH is for some reason getting many bot IPs sending many bad processes, or something.
This happens often. No idea why. Time to move from BH I think. Do you think it might work with a new host, higher MySQL version, etc?
Q: Would it also be possible to migrate our site and all listings to another theme? I image that would present problems, yes?
How long would it take in that case to rebuild all the listings + translations?
But with the host running better might that solve our problem?
Anyway, getting long angry texts from my client and must do something. He's sending me AI solutions now, which I'm sure you've done.

Thank you for your message. I understand the situation with Bluehost – unfortunately, they are not offering an upgrade to MySQL 8. Since WordPress and many modern plugins (such as WPML and WooCommerce) now require MySQL ≥ 8.0 or MariaDB ≥ 10.4, staying on MySQL 5.7 can lead to compatibility and security issues in the near future.
As an alternative, I recommend providers like SiteGround or Kinsta. Both offer up-to-date MySQL versions, reliable infrastructure, and are well-suited for multilingual WordPress setups. SiteGround is a cost-effective option with strong support, while Kinsta runs on Google Cloud and is ideal for high-demand projects.
But for now, the good news is that I can access your site again, and I will take a local copy today for testing it on a virtual server and then get back to you.
From there on, I will be able to confirm with you if the issue might be, in fact, related to the outdated database version or if the cause lies somewhere else.

Thank you for your patience!
On a local copy of your site running on PHP 8.4.5 and MySQL 8.4.3, the issue persists, even if I test the site only with the latest version of the WP Pro Real Estate 7 Theme and WPML.
I am not yet able to find out what is causing this issue, and I need to ask you for some more patience. Note that I even tried to delete and recreate completely new menus and it did not solve the issue.
Apart form the main menu issue on the translated header, the site seems to run fine on this server using the latest version of the theme.
