[Closed] The admin says "You don't have enough credits to translate automatically!" but my Manage Credits ...

The admin says "You don't have enough credits to translate automatically!" but my Manage Credits dashboard shows I have plenty of credits.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support.

Is hidden link the main site or the sub-site, you can only create one sitekey for one network site, to share credits between sub-sites use the solutions as mentioned here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

If the above doesn't help, please go to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting and share the automatic translation editor account details, so I can directly assign the credits to the site, also mentioned the number you want to assign.
