Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the auto language detection feature for browser language works correctly on our website, hidden link. When I visit the site, the language of my browser is shown correctly, but others report issues.

Symptoms:
Multiple colleagues and customers see the main language, English, instead of their browser's language. Additionally, deleting cookies, using different browsers, and the 24-hour store of manual selection do not resolve the issue.

Questions:
Why does the auto language detection feature not work for everyone?
How can I ensure that the browser language is detected correctly for all users?

Hi there,

My browser is set to use English as a default language, when I navigate to FR it automatically redirects to the EN version.

It is important to note that this redirect will only happen once to prevent an infinite loop, until the cookie session is reset or they visit from another browser or incognito window.
