The content in the theme template has not been translated. Is it a wpml setting problem or something...

海金纳海金纳	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate the content in the theme template for my site hidden link. I am specifically looking at the page hidden link. Symptoms: The content in the theme template has not been translated. Questions: Is it a WPML setting problem? Is there something else that needs to be done to translate the theme template content?
