Hi There, Thanks for sharing the video. I totally understood the issue you're having with the Currency. I've checked the Multicurrency feature and found that the currency is working perfectly as per the configuration. I haven't noticed anything unusual during testing in my development environment. Kindly check the video below for a better understanding. - hidden link Would you kindly check the Multicurrency configuration on your site and make sure that it is set up correctly, as per the configuration I've shown in the video? I would also like to mention that if you have a caching plugin enabled on your site, it may cause issues with displaying correct prices or prevent currency changes. Since you're using one, please try disabling it or excluding the WooCommerce pages from being cached. I hope this helps. Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter. Best Regards, |

Hi There, As the issue persists on your end even after that, would you please try to replicate the same issue on our sandbox site? I'm including the autologin link to our sandbox site, below. - hidden link The WooCommerce, WPML, and the add-ons of WPML are already installed there. Just complete the plugin setup and try to reproduce the same issue there. The main purpose of this process is to check what exactly happens in a minimal environment. Please let me know the update. I will be happy to assist you further. Best Regards, |

Hi There, I would like to inform you that replicating the issue on our sandbox is an important step in the troubleshooting process. The sandbox allows us to test the issue in a controlled environment and also in understanding if server configurations have any kind of influence. So, I kindly request you to try replicating the issue on our sandbox also so that we can more effectively diagnose the issue. If the issue is replicated on another site, please share the access to that site. You will find the needed fields to share the access information below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter will be private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Looking forward to your response and cooperation in this matter. Best Regards, |

Hi There, I have checked and been able to trace the root cause. It seems the changes made on the default product haven't been carried over to the Translated product properly which is mainly causing the issue. When I just save a default product without making any changes, the currency starts to show properly. Please check this video(hidden link) for a better understanding. So, please just update the products without making any changes and I hope the issue will be resolved after that. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in the video. I know that your shop consists huge amount of products and updating all would be time-consuming work, but you can update products in bulk. Please check the documentation below to understand the procedure. - https://woocommerce.com/document/bulk-editing-products/ Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help. Best Regards, |
