Thanks for reaching out.

For new clients, we include some initial credits (the amount is different depending on the product). Unfortunately, this does not apply to all clients, only to new clients subscribing now.

Clients have different benefits depending on the moment they first purchased a subscription with us. Over the years, our prices have been adjusted, and we have included some benefits as compensation. On the other hand, long-time loyal clients benefit from lower renewal prices.
