Without deactivating the Woocommerce and Woocommerce Multilingual and noot disabling the WMPL, messed up the header and the footer of the website while the default language is totally fine.

I see the problem. Please read my response carefully. " Without deactivating the Woocommerce and Woocommerce Multilingual and not disabling the WMPL, messed up the header and the footer of the website" That means the header and the footer are broken as I mentioned repeatedly.

1. I will explain it again because we are in this loop over and over and it seems you did not understand what I'm saying and I'm getting frustrated with this. You asked me not to deactivate the Woocommerce and Woocommerce Multilingual and not disable the WMPL and the result is THE HEADER AND FOOTER OF THE WEBSITE IS BROKEN.

2. If I disable the Woocommerce Multilingual and WMPL my website header and footer work perfectly fine.

What I see here is that the WMPL and Woocommerce Multilingual are breaking my website header and footer. You have the admin and FTP access to my website you can see it yourself if you are confused about what I'm talking about.

I'm getting so frustrated because it's been over a week since we had this conversation and nothing is being solve. My website is past due for its TOT because of this issue.

I am sorry to repeat this, but could you check the FTP access yourself? I still cannot log in via FTP. Maybe it is country-specific?

I created the FTP file correctly I don’t know why you can’t login. Please have someone assist me with this issue because it’s been over two weeks. If no one can help me then I would like a refund.

Can I make a copy of your site to check it locally? For this, I'll need to install a "Duplicator" plugin on your site temporarily. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. If you prefer to do it independently, you can provide me with the snapshot and send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded.
