It is indeed a strange issue. Today, I noticed it again until I refreshed the page. I have contacted a colleague to assist me in investigating the problem further. |

I noticed that you are no longer using WPML, and it turned out that today, I replicated the issue without WPML. I am attaching the screen. It makes me think that something else is affecting the problem. |

Hello, decided to uninstall WMPL since it’s been over 3 weeks and problem is not been solved. I’m using polylang and the header and footer is not translated yet. |

Thank you for the update. As previously mentioned, the issue persists even without WPML. The header and footer are still displayed as you initially reported. Please let us know if you decide to give it another try with WPML. |

`Hi, I re-installed WMPL, and it's still the same. I'm wondering if it could be the Ajax ( which I'm not sure if the theme I'm using is using Ajax) or it could be the theme itself? |

I don't think the issue is related to AJAX, as I didn't notice any loading via AJAX. It might be caused by the combination of plugins and the theme. To troubleshoot, I suggest testing with the parent DIVI theme first. If the issue persists, try disabling all plugins and testing again |

Do you think it's the menu synchronization? I did not synchronize my menu. I read the documentation but can't seem to understand how the menu synchronization works and affects my menu. Can you explain it to me in a simpler way? Because no matter what I do, the header and footer on some pages are still broken. It makes me think its the menu synchronization. |

I do not think it's the menu synchronization, as the problem persists even when WPML is inactive on the original page. The purpose of WPML's menu sync tool is to ensure that your menus are consistent across all languages. This is achieved by modifying the translated menus to match the default language menu, including adding, removing, and updating menu items. The menu synchronization is about synchronizing the menu items in your menu. It doesn't synchronize anything related to the menu layout. |

I know how this is frustrating. I took another look at the website and saw the issue on the original pages. I attached screenshots with all WPML plugins deactivated. I am sure that if it works well without WPML, it would be okay with WPML. |
