The mega menu is not translated.

Solution:
1. Go to Appearance -> Menus
2. Use the admin language swticher to change to Spanish
3. Expand the custom link for the test mega menu, click the menu settings, and select the translated element.

1) First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. I tried to use the access details you shared in the chat, but they didn't work, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

Thanks for the access details. Please check the following steps:

1- Complete the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin setup to translate the shop pages
2- Go to WPML-> WP Menu Sync
3- Sync the main menu
4- Go to WPML-> Settings-> Post Type Translation section
5- Set the "Elements (kadence_element)" post type to "Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language"
6- Go to Appearance-> Elements
7- Translate the mega menu template
8- Go to Appearance-> Menus
9- Switch the language using the top admin bar
10- Edit the translated menu to add the translated template

Please check if the shop mega menu works correctly in all languages.

thank you.

It seems its working. though i didnt translate manually, i used automatic translation. and it works. But i followed same process in our live site hidden link but it seems some issue. please see the screenshot.

i see this icon loading more than 10/20 minutes. it seems it stucks.

Please go to Appearance-> Elements, switch the language from the top admin bar, edit the translated template, and update it.

i also translated japaneses language; please see the screenshot but it seems it does not work. in front end mega menu does not show up.

Thanks for the access details. The mega menu options were not enabled in the translated menus, so I enabled them. Please check if the mega menu works correctly.

It's great to hear that the issue is fixed 🙂 . Please check the following steps:

1- Go to Appearance-> Menus
2- Switch the language using the top admin bar
3- Select the translated main menu
4- Edit the parent menu item and enable the mega menu (Shop Page)
5- Edit the child menu item and select the translated template (Tests Mega Menu)
