This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the product archive of the translated page was empty, displaying the message: 'it seems we can't find what you're looking for'. The issue was identified with the B2BKing plugin, where the visibility of products and categories was set to FALSE, and these settings were not automatically translated across different languages.
Solution:
To resolve this, we recommend following the workaround provided in our errata page: https://wpml.org/errata/b2bking-product-category-restriction-not-copied-to-translations/

If the issue persists, you may try the steps that client has shared: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/the-product-archive-of-the-translated-page-comes-up-empty/#post-15674909

Hi, the product archive of the translated page comes up empty shows the message: 'it seems we can't find what you're looking for'. The product archive in the original language is showing all products correctly.

To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your staging/test site, so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Thank you for your cooperation

I've found the problem. It's with the plugin B2BKing.
Once deactivated, the English version of the Product Archive is working again.

How can I get both plugins to work together?

Thanks for isolating the cause of this issue. To use both plugins together, can you please try to follow the workaround from this errata: https://wpml.org/errata/b2bking-product-category-restriction-not-copied-to-translations/ and see if this resolves the issue.

Thank you for your cooperation

I found the solution!

This happens when in B2Bking the visibility of products and categories is set to FALSE (under B2Bking / settings / visibility limitations for products- and categories).

The issue is that visibility of product categories are not automatically translated.

For reference, should you have more customers with the similar problem, here is the solution:

To bypass this, you need to update the visibility of all categories manually in each language. So if you've set the visibility through product categories, which is standard, you need to go to Products/Categories and set the visibility of the product there.

Then change the WPML language on the top right of the screen, then do this again in that language. Repeat this for all languages.
