Hello.

As shown in the images, the template for my account page works perfectly fine in the original language. However, when I open it with IT and DE languages, the page template is completely corrupted, and the words appear in their original language.

Hi there,

I took a look at the transcript you had with our Ai support and it looks like the setting it was suggesting is not showing because the WPML version is not updated to the latest version.

While I am not 100% positive that setting will resolve this issue, it is worth updating to the latest version of WPML.

Go to Plugins->Add new->Commercial tab "check for updates" and you should be able to see the option to update to WPML 4.9

Once you update please test the issue and let me know your results.

Also, how are you creating the template used on the account page? Is it built with Full Site Editor?

If yes, you will need to verify the FSE template is fully translated otherwise it will not be used in the translations.
