This account was used for a self-hosted WordPress site, but the site has not been in use since last year; however, it is still being automatically renewed.

Hi,

Thanks for your message, and I’m sorry for the concern this caused.

WPML subscriptions are annual and renew automatically unless canceled. However, I understand you’d like to cancel this.

You can contact our admin team via next form:

Best regards,
Dražen

I replied to the refund email. Since my PayPal account is no longer active, I needed to update my payment information. I sent you a reply, but you didn’t respond. Now, when I check the system, I see that more than 30 days have passed, so I can no longer request a refund—even though I had submitted the refund request within the 30-day window.

Hello,

If you have submitted the request and contacted our admin team via the contact form, they will review it and get back to you soon.

This is the technical support forum, so I’m afraid I don’t have access to the refunds section, but our team should reply to your email shortly.

Regards,
Drazen
